Do you think you know a lot of people in your community? Probably not in comparison to Kevin Hahn. Kev’s a jack-of-all-trades AND a master of most! His infectious smile and limitless talents make him one of the most enjoyable humans to know. We’ve toured together on SO MANY different gigs, and have hilarious stories to go along with ‘em. From singer to producer to engineer to guitarist to songwriter, ?it seems there’s nothing Kevin can’t do REALLY well in this business. The plan is to let the laughs take us where they will, but we can’t leave out stories of him producing tracks for Scorpions in his studio, and how to promote a “free rock show”.

Oh yeah, you know there’s gonna be some juicy stuff here. Jeff and I have turned over a lot of stones on this planet in the 25 years I’ve known him! Countless shows, priceless experiences, and of course: plenty of trouble. He’s a sex symbol to many, but to me, he’s just my brotha. His band “The Loyal Order” is blowing up the radio charts right now. Meanwhile, he holds down the low end for 80s rock group “Rough Cutt”, and balances out a successful construction company in Oregon.
Sure, you probably saw Eddie on those iconic Robert Palmer videos, or with Chic, or Rod Stewart, or Blondie, or… yeah, you get it: this cat has played with- and recorded with EVERYONE! So many Grammy Award-winning records, you won’t even believe it. At least, until you hear his story. His newest album “Akosua” is a masterful blend of perfect hooks and sensual melodies. Eddie is one of those guys that leaves your jaw on the floor when you see him play, and your heart full when you spend time getting to know him. There may not be a kinder soul on the planet.
Here we reminisced about an incredible past, the current state of his world, and what’s to come.
You have seen Geoff as the singer/guitarist of Western Aerial, Metts, Ryan & Collins and Ants in the Kitchen, or bought guitars from his award-winning Five Star Guitars, but the story of Geoff Metts goes much deeper. Come dig in and share some bandwidth with a business visionary to see how he’s been able to adapt to changes in the industry.
