    “We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Rock the Awareness: Benefit for Survivors of Domestic Violence. The funds raised at this years event will be going to the YWCA. Last years event raised $2000+, and this year we have a goal of $5000.00. The Metal Monkeys and The 5th Elephant will be sharing the stage with local Musicians and Vocal Talent such as Rich Ray, Kevin Hahn, Don Evan, Todd Hines, Elsa Faith, Evan Berry, Kevin Staley and Sandy Simmons …. just to name a few. Please join us at the Star Theater to show your support for this cause that affects millions of people each year and help others find their voice, stand proud, find strength in numbers and know that “You are not alone” . Love should not hurt, find your voice…and rock it out loud!”
